Join Dawn for a fun and challenging class of Standup Paddleboard Yoga.
A great way to get and stay fit, SUP yoga classes work the legs, core, arms, and back as you try to stay on the board and perform the poses. The broad and stable 10- to 12-foot-long paddleboards have been dubbed ‘the floating yoga mat,’ while SUP yoga devotees describe the experience as relaxing, meditative, joyful, and free.

We have a limited number of paddle boards available or bring your own. Click the "register" button above and you can pick your class or classes. You can add multiple dates to your cart and then checkout.
