Coaching sessions can occur at one of our locations, your location or virtually.

Personal Best has been providing in persona and remote coaching support for 30 years.

Sport specific sessions can occur at the track, the pool, on the ice, on the field, or at the court. This service is available either on a one on one basis or with a small group of your friends.

Also available are training sessions for your team.  We have worked with over two dozen national and Olympic team sport programs. 

 

1-on-1 personal coaching or small group training sessions

 

PB Elite Coach: $75.00 - 95.00 / HR

PB Master Coach: $105.00 - $150.00 / HR

(ranges are based on location and number of sessions)

Add $45.00/HR to each of the above for each additional person

Full session fee applies to less than 24 hour notice of cancellation

Monthly training programs with full online access to workouts and feedback. $135 - 335/Month

 

BASIC
Training Peaks or Word Doc Program
• Basic Account
• monthly analysis of workouts
• 1 coach initiated email per month
• $135 per month (minimum 3 month commitment)

 OPTIONAL - 1 client initiated email per week add $25 / month

ADVANCED
Training Peaks
• Basic on-line Account
• weekly analysis of workouts
• 1 coach initiated email each week
• up to 3 program modifications over 6 months due to unforeseen circumstances (injury, illness, emergency travel)
• 1 phone or Skype call up to 30mins each month to review progress
• $225 per month (minimum 6 month commitment)

ELITE
Training Peaks
• Premium on-line Account
• 2 - 5 times per week analysis of workouts (as requested)
• unlimited modifications as required due to unforeseen circumstances (injury, illness, emergency travel)
• unlimited communication (phone, Skype or email)
• video analysis (distance assessment possible) or bike wattage test every 3 months
• $335/month (minimum 6 month commitment)

 

10% discount for 12 month commitment to Advanced or Elite packages
