Join Trudy and the PB gang for great outdoor workouts all summer long.  Located at the James Dick Quarry, with sandy beaches, marked off swim courses (1k and 400m), spinning, TRX and many other activities.

Kid Friendly!  All participants with kids, that wanted to come out but have a hard time finding a babysitter, we are offering FREE childcare at the beach while you come out and enjoy a session or two.  This offer applies to all participants choosing a 2+ or more sessions a week package. We’ve also designated three possible sessions for you to attend. As a participant, you would need to confirm which classes you would be attending each week so that we have a supervisor for the children. We’ve included Two private sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday for those wishing to bring a group of friends together for a fun day out. Or possibly some work colleagues wanting to get together for a team building challenge (Paddleboard racing anyone!?). For those that have a family holiday in the middle of their 10week program, you also have the option of moving a maximum of 2 of your missed classes to another week.

The Classes:

Outdoor Bootcamp

Tough and fun Bootcamp classes under the summer sun.  Outdoor Bootcamp classes are a mixture of activities to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance.  They will use a variety of equipment including spin bikes, TRX suspension, and standup paddleboards.  Guaranteed to leave you feeling strong and energized.

Standup Paddleboarding (SUP)

Join the group in a guided paddle around the quarry.  Including instruction into standup paddleboarding techniques, advanced turns, and ad-hoc races.

Open Swims

During scheduled times, swim at the Quarry around the marked courses to practice your stroke and improve your fitness and endurance.

PB Summer Workout Program

Select 1, 2 or 3 classes per week (includes the Saturday Quarry Swim).
The Unlimited program includes access during ANY hours the quarry is open for any C3 or PB program to swim, Stand up Paddle and includes access to the PB Stand Up Paddle Boards whenever you wish.
