Kristy started out in fitness as a new mom looking to lose her post-baby body. After two more children, and a persistent healthy diet and exercise regime, she looked and felt better than she did as a teenager. This prompted her to go to college and pursue a career helping others to find their younger selves.

Kristy believes exercise is fundamental to living a well-balanced life, and truly enjoys helping people to reach their health goal. Kristy incorporates functional training into all workouts, helping to improve her client’s physicality outside the gym as well as inside.

During her free time, Kristy enjoys aerial yoga, cooking, reading anything health related, and spending time with her family.
